Grilled Pork Tenderloin Summer Recipe

Summer is quickly approaching which means it’s time to clean off the grill and get to cooking! Impress your family with this delicious grilled pork tenderloin recipe that is perfectly paired with a fresh mixed greens salad, potato chips or pasta salad!

Grilled Pork Tenderloin:

Ingredients:

  • Low-sodium soy sauce (about 1 cup)
  • Minced garlic (about 1-2 tablespoons)
  • Honey (about quarter cup)
  • Black pepper (teaspoon)
  • Couple shakes of red pepper flakes

Directions:

  • Buy the Pork Tenderloins (unseasoned/marinated)
  • For about 2-3 tenderloins;
    • In a bowl mix together low-sodium soy sauce (about 1 cup), minced garlic (about 1-2 tablespoons), honey (about quarter cup), black pepper (teaspoon) and a couple shakes of red pepper flakes.
    • Whisk together to make marinade.
    • Place pork in plastic bag with marinade and let soak for at least 2 hours.
  • Grill 10 min each side; then take off the grill and let rest (covered with tented foil) for about 5 minutes before serving.
